Key Responsibilities:

• Work directly with Head of Department on Investment Banking transactions FSL is currently involved in
• Key focus area will be the Power Sector of Pakistan
• Specifically, research will be performed in the following areas:
• PDM Projects related to obtaining Certified Emission Reductions
• Agency Financing structures related to Export-Import banks around the world
• Financial Modeling analysis related to potential buy/sell side mandates
• Preparation of Investment Memoranda and related documents for live transactions
• Participation in preparing Pitch Books for upcoming projects
