- Delivering requirements in time under normal or tight schedules
- Preparing Marketing Plans, Case Studies, Demos
- Developing Leads and active involvement in Sales & negotiations
- Customer Relationship Management
- Hiring and Resource Utilization
- Proposal writing
- Public relations inter-company

For HR:
- Delivering requirements in time under normal or tight schedules
- Revising & Implementing HR Policies
- Revising Recruitment policies
- Devising compensation plans for employees
- Work on Employee Retention
- Improving Resource Utilization
- Hiring of New Resources
