A Diversity Workshop for females was basically conducted to help bash myths and realize the potential of the working women. It was held on 11^th Feb’2010 at IBA , APWA  Presentation Hall. It discussed with young female leaders the obstacles and barriers women face whilst working professionally in Pakistan and how these barriers can be overcome. Therefore 4-5 groups were formed where each group had to list down the myths about women working in the corporate world and the solutions to overcome it. It also discussed the work P&G Pakistan has done over the years to overcome this issue.
