Bank Alfalah Limited (BAL) was incorporated on June 21st, 1997 as a public limited company and its banking operations commenced from November 1, 1997. The bank is engaged in commercial banking and related services as defined in the Banking Companies Ordinance, 1962. It is currently operating through 195 branches in 74 cities, in Pakistan with registered offices at B.A Building, I.I Chundrigar, Karachi. BAL is in the process of hiring fresh graduates from Institute of Business Administration, Karachi for its Graduate Recruitment Program 2010. For this the bank is visiting the IBA City Campus on April 07, 2010 to deliver a presentation and conduct a test.

BAL’s specific requirements for its Graduate Recruitment Program 2010 are as follows:

The incumbent should:

Ø  Possess BBA or MBA degree

Ø  Be fresh graduate

Ø  Have 75 % marks or above

Ø  Maximum 26 years of age on January 1, 2010.

Ø  Be proficient in MS Office

Ø  Possess excellent interpersonal, communication and team building skills

IBA students belonging to BBA VIII, BBA-MIS VIII, BCS VIII, MBA IV and  MBA-MIS IV classes, whose profile match well with the above criteria, and are interested in appearing in the above session, should register by sending the following information (in excel sheet) on cdc@iba.edu.pk latest by March 13, 2010.
