USA.

Led and supervised a team of 18 technicians to maintain Engineering School LAN, 7 computer labs and 300

faculty/staff desktop PCs, workstations and laptops. Provided technical support to the students, staff and faculty of

SEAS.

Projects:

· Designed and deployed secure wireless network for SEAS Computing Facility.

· Planned and executed migration of all the SEAS users to Windows 2000 & MS Office 2000.

· Set up two new computer labs and upgraded software and hardware in other labs.

· Developed policies and procedures of using various SEAS computing resources.
