Professional activities Research Activities and interests |
Conducted
a workshop for faculty on qualitative research process at D.A. college. Represented
DA college in a seminar held by Parsi community on a topic; ‘which college is
best for you’ and was awarded a certificate for the most appreciated speaker. Certified
Participant in computer (Intel) teacher training program. Organized
several industry field trips for students for DA college students. Served
as a committee member for library at DA college. Performed
HR practices like interviews to select faculty for the department as a
subject specialist during DHA tenure. Independent

of interest: Gender studies and stress at work in a post modern perspective,
selection and assessment, career counseling and guidance. |

Extracurricular activities |
Organized
several talent shows at DA college as a producer and director of the shows
and received an award for the same. Organized
several musical concerts to raise charity for Bosnia and Imran Khan cancer
hospital at DA college, and received certificates of appreciation. Volunteered
for school library help, translated school’s
mission and vision in Urdu to represent Pakistan, gave a presentation
on EID festival to children, as an involved parent at my children’s school,
“American International school’ in England in 2006. |
