1996-1998 Pakistan Navy War College (Directing Staff)

·         Designed and developed the schemes (curriculum) for Post graduate students from Pakistan as well as foreign nationals. Evaluated / refined Individual Research Papers (IRP).Co-sponsored course papers.

·         Planned /Arranged/Conducted Seminars on professional subjects.

·         Advised and lectured, together with the necessary research, on matters relating specifically to their own specialization and keeping themselves informed of current and future developments.

1986-1996 Training Commander Naval Units

·         Designed and implemented the syllabi and curriculums of various courses for locals and foreign trainees.

·         Revised professional instructional publications.

·         Revised the syllabi to suit changing needs of the Service.

·         Conducted and coordinated the training being carried out in the Unit.

·         Implemented training policies as laid down in Regulations, Instructions, Orders and Directives issued from higher authorities from time to time

·         Maintained training records and statistics to represent an up-to-date picture of the current programme and future plans.
