IBA Finance, Human Resources & Marketing Clubs successfully organized the FIRST-EVER career counselling event at IBA, named as "BEACON 2011", which took place on 11th December 2011, at the IBA Main Campus auditorium.

The event, a host to several high-profile speakers from top-notch organizations, included interesting speaker sessions accompanied by an engaging panel discussion and was rounded off by an activity in the form of model interviews.
 

In his post-event comments, Dr.Ishrat Husain, Dean & Director IBA, applauded the efforts of the three clubs for coming up with this unique concept and transforming it into a well-managed & an effective conference. Moreover, he commended three of the biggest clubs at IBA for collaborating to organize this extremely useful conference & stressed on team working rather than working in isolation.
