For the first time in the history of IBA, Convocation 2011 witnessed the graduation of the first PhD in Computer Science. The convocation was held on 2nd December 2011. Dr. Quratulain Rajput’s research interests are in Semantic Web Technologies, Information Extraction and Semantic Annotation. Currently there are five more faculty members of the FCS pursuing their doctorates in different areas including System Architecture, Performance Analysis of Wireless Systems, Mobile Adhoc Wireless Networks, Management Information Systems and Wireless Sensor Networks.
