Dear All,

This is to inform you that the ‘merit scholarship’ awarded to you on your good performance in the ‘IBA aptitude test’ during Admissions Fall 2009 , makes it obligatory on you  to maintain a CGPA of ‘3.5’. Your standing in this respect will be evaluated on completion of two semesters each year. Evaluations for the Fall 2009 awardees will become due on finalization  of results of forthcoming final examinations of Spring 2010.

Students who fail to achieve CGPA of ‘3.5’on a scale of ‘4.0’, by the end of Summer 2010 will automatically become ineligible for continuation of their respective merit scholarship in Fall 2010. Such students will therefore be required to pay full fees commencing  Fall 2010. For queries if any please contact Mr. Tanvir, Financial Aid Officer at main campus (Extension 230).  

All concerned are requested to please note and comply with these terms of reference in respect of the merit scholarships.
