As you may know that we have installed ip-telephony between the campuses; now inter campus calls on the four digit extension are local and free of cost. This has made Avaya system and extensions useless and obsolete, thus they are going to be disconnected soon.

 

Now to further inform you that:

• UAN mapping allocation at PTA end has been finalized, and now we are in correspondence with PTCL and Wateen, to map our UAN on Wateen.

• We are moving to one UAN 111-422-422 (111-IBA-IBA). This truly make both campuses as one for all internal and external communication.

• As we have to handover old server room to Project Department for renovation, we need to shut down our Avaya PBX system.

• Our UAN number 111-677-677 will continue to work for some time, however if it doesn’t respond then communication can be made on our UAN number 111-422-422 for our both campuses.

• For communication purpose during the UAN allocation process the following Primary Master Numbers could be used:

  • 021-38104701 for City Campus

  • 021-38104700 for Main Campus
