Professional Development Initiative for Mid-career Executives

EMBA-BFS Program that was launched in October 2009 is now entering into its specialization phase where focused learning would be imparted in the Banking and Financial Service operations and management. During next trimester beginning September 2010 following three courses will be offered:

1.      Financial System; process, players, status and prognosis

2.      Customer Relationship Management

3.      Risk Management dynamics, dimensions and mitigates

We understand a good number of serving professionals find it difficult to join a full two year EMBA Program but may be eager to participate in one or two courses to refresh their knowledge and expertise. Considering this, we have decided to allow their entry to EMBA Courses of their choice without passing through the normal IBA admission process.  The list of nine courses in addition to three courses mentioned above are:

1.      Business Economics

2.      Managerial Communication

3.      Quantitative Methods for Decision Making

4.      Marketing Management

5.      Financial & Managerial Accounting

6.      Legal & Regulatory Environment of Business

7.      Managerial Finance

8.      Leadership in Organization

9.      Business Strategy

As the number of seats for such participants is limited, therefore those interested should approach EMBA-BFS office and get themselves registered quickly. Contact details are provided on the attached document

Meanwhile we have also initiated the on-line registration process for the 4th batch of the two year EMBA program that will also commence from September 2010.  Attached Activity Brief carries the essential details of the program.

We look forward to your active participation and support for this program.
