The
Center for Executive Education is a modern, fully equipped learning
center built in the picturesque IBA City Campus, which is a large
complex spread over 3.5 acres, located on Garden Road, in the heart
of the business district of Karachi. The facilities are immaculately
maintained in keeping with IBA's tradition of achieving excellence.
The programs of the
IBA-CEE focus on different levels
of management and address strategic and technological issues vital
to conducting business in the 21st century.
In addition to discussing such key management topics
as Marketing, Finance and Accounting, Operations and Technology,
Human Resources and Strategy, it also addresses such topics as
negotiations, corporate law, creativity and innovation, and personal
career development enabling the delegates to gain the qualities
needed to become more effective organizational leaders.
Based
on analysis of core competencies required to build the business in
support of our client’s strategy, Client Specific Courses and
Programs are also designed / held at the Center for which the
organization is required to guarantee at least 15 participants.
IBA-CEE offers special consultancy services performed
on-site that evaluates organization, management processes and
support systems of our client organization. The assignment concludes
with an on-site presentation of key findings. This is followed by a
full written report.
Trainers and Facilitators
The
IBA-CEE Faculty is comprised of trainers with
high academic achievements as well as successful, practical business
management experiences. The faculty members are well regarded for
their insight and command over current issues facing the business
and industry. They are invited on a regular basis to participate in
discussions, seminars, symposia and conferences across the country
and abroad.
The
IBA-CEE offers intensive learning providing
opportunities to build upon the qualities needed to become a more
effective organizational leader.
The
Center uses most updated and high quality standard course material
designed in consultation with the faculty.
It
uses multiple training methodologies in delivering our programs with
a strong emphasis on interactive learning through a combination of
lectures; syndicate sessions, case discussion and game/role play to
enhance the learning experience.
Industry
and business leaders are also invited as speakers during the program
to give their insight on a topic relevant to the program.
For each program offered, a complete manual is developed including the slide sets, case studies, handouts, and syndicate session materials. At the end of each program the delegates are asked to evaluate each program.
These
programs can be tailor-made to suit the needs of participants and
can also be held, besides the IBA campuses, at other location
desired by the customer.
