Faculty Positions

Institute of Business Administration Karachi is interested in candidates who can contribute to the diversity and excellence of the institute through teaching, research and service. They are expected to:
• Acquire modern knowledge in their relevant fields of study. Should also be familiar with internationally recognised pedagogical methods
• Accessible to students for counselling and consultation regarding course material, grading methods, assignments and other related tasks
• Ensure that results are submitted on time
• Devote reasonable time in producing original research
• Perform required administrative tasks

• Master’s degree (foreign) or M. Phil (Pakistan) or equivalent degree in the relevant field from any HEC recognized university / institution

• PhD in the relevant field from any HEC recognized university / institution

Or

• Master’s degree (foreign) or M. Phil (Pakistan) or equivalent degree in the relevant field from any HEC recognized university / institution

• At least 4 years teaching / research experience in a recognized university or postgraduate institution or professional experience in the relevant field in National or International Organization

• PhD from HEC recognized university / institution

• 10 years teaching / research experience in an HEC recognized university / institution or professional experience in the relevant field in a National or International Organization

• Applicant must have 10 or more publications (with at least 4 publications in last 5 years) in the HEC recognized journals

• PhD from HEC recognized Institution

• 15 years teaching / research experience in HEC recognized university or post-graduate institution or professional experience in the relevant field in a National or International Organization

• Applicant must have 15 research publications (with at least 5 publications in last 5 years) in HEC recognized journals
