You would recall that we had committed in our Strategy document that IBA would set up decentralized service units duly empowered, resourced and held accountable for results to render various types of services. I am pleased to inform you that we have now recruited and manned all these units. The attached list contains their names, designations and phone numbers. Please contact them directly for the service you require or any complaint you have. We would conduct an anonymous user evaluation to judge the performance of each service unit at the end of the year. This evaluation will then be used to determine the annual merit increase in the salary and the overall performance of the individual staff in these units including the continuation of the future contract . The parameters that will be used for evaluation of the service unit staff are:

- Courtesy and helpful attitude
- Promptness and timeliness
- Resolving problems
- Teamwork and cooperation
