Dear Graduate, Congratulations on the completion of your degree at IBA! With the pandemic affecting everyday life, the convocation 2020 is being organized under strict protocols. Please cooperate with the management team and ensure strict compliance with SOPs throughout the event. The following steps outline the registration process for the convocation ceremony:
Step 1: Check your name in the list of graduating students on the homepage under your relevant batch list on the website.
Disclaimer: All degree requirements must be completed in order to be eligible for inclusion in the graduate list and for attending the convocation.
Convocation 2020 (scheduled on October 30, 2021) is for students who have completed their degree requirements in Fall 2019, Spring 2020 or Summer 2020.
(If you are a graduate for Convocation 2020 and your name is not listed then please contact examination department during office hours before September 10, 2021)
Convocation 2021 (expected to schedule in 2022) is for students who have completed their degree requirement in Fall 2020, Spring 2021 or Summer 2021.
Students should register for their applicable convocation.
Note: The graduation batch is determined on the finish line concept .i.e., all students of a particular program who complete their requirements in the semester for convocation are considered as single batch as mentioned in above 2 scenarios.
