Requirements:

Only Grade 18 & 19 Officer can apply.
18 Grade Officer with maximum 40 years of age can apply (as on April 15th, 2026).
19 Grade Officer with maximum 48 Years of age can apply (as on April 15th, 2026).
Availed two or more tenure of foreign posting in entire service can not apply.
Officers who are applying for the 2nd tenure of foreign posting in their entire service with less than three years of intervening period between their first foreign posting and the second foreign posting as on the closing date for submission of applications can not apply.
