IBA students get access to online courses offered by ITC after agreement

The Institute of Business Administration (IBA), Karachi and International Trade Centre (ITC) have entered into an agreement, which provides the IBA students access to an array of online courses offered by ITC’s SME Trade Academy.

Assistant Professor at IBA, Dr. Aadil Nakhoda, has been offering online courses to his students enrolled in International Trade at the undergraduate level since 2017.

The cooperation between ITC and the IBA allows the establishment of a tailored training curriculum, drawing on a series of existing online courses that ITC has developed, with a view to strengthen the capacities of future business administrators, which are either currently trading business or services abroad or are export-ready enterprises.

The IBA’s contribution is to participate in designing the curriculum for selected groups of participants, based on their study areas, needs and current capacities, as well as to mobilize these so that they fully benefit from scheduled online courses. Since 2017, the IBA cooperates with ITC in online tutoring, in order to, inter-alia, liaise with participants, keep a high level of interest in the courses and achieve a high course completion rate and a quality learning experience.
