Successfully Defends PhD Thesis at IBA-SMCS

Muhammad Shahid Ashraf, PhD Scholar in the Department of Mathematical Sciences, successfully defended his PhD thesis titled “Improved Multigrid Solvers and Preconditioners for Singularly Perturbed Convection Diffusion Problems,” supervised by Prof. Dr. Scott P. MacLachlan and Dr. Syed Hisham bin Zubair, Associate Professor, IBA-SMCS.

The External Examiners were Dr. Abdul Hanan Sheikh, Quaid-e-Awam University of Engineering, Science and Technology (QUEST), and Dr. Muhammad Sabeel Khan, Capital University of Science and Technology (CUST).
