IBA and Pak-Qatar Takaful collaborate for academic cooperation

August 2, 2023: The Center for Executive Education (CEE), Institute of Business Administration (IBA) Karachi, has signed an MoU with Pak-Qatar Takaful Group. The primary aim of this alliance is to establish a collaborative partnership to enhance academic cooperation between the two entities.

Pak-Qatar Takaful Group was represented by CEO, Mr. Azeem Pirani, and other members including, Mr. Kamran Ali Khan, and Mr. Faizan ul Latif Khan. The IBA representatives included Dr. S Akbar Zaidi, Executive Director; Mr. Kamran Bilgrami, Director, IBA- CEE and other IBA- CEE team members.

During the signing ceremony, Dr. Zaidi expressed his hopes for a fruitful collaboration and welcomed the Pak-Qatar Takaful group to the IBA community. Mr. Pirani also acknowledged the significance of IBA within the academic community in Pakistan and the region. He emphasized the desire to work together to leverage IBA's brand and name for the benefit of reaching a broader society and disseminating knowledge.

Mr. Bilgrami explained the essence of IBA Executive Education and how the newly established collaboration of IBA-CEE and Pak-Qatar Takaful Center for Executive Education would enhance the upskilling opportunities for the employees of Pak-Qatar Takaful, creating a unique platform for them.
