IBA Karachi and partners come together to foster the spirit of entrepreneurship

September 9, 2021: To promote entrepreneurship amongst youth, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed at the IBA Karachi, Main Campus. The IBA was represented by Dr. Shahid Qureshi, Program Director, Centre for Entrepreneurial Development (CED) and the other team was represented by Mohamed Jaffer, Trustee JFF-UGI along with Muslim Raza Rawjani and Ali Asad Hemani, Trustees, KNOW (Karachi Needy Orphans and Women).

Under this initiative, a collaboration will be established for the promotion of youth entrepreneurship through a 3-month Certificate of Entrepreneurship, named as Community Youth Development Initiative (CYDI).

Through this partnership, a sponsorship of PKR 1.25 million will be provided to 50 participants which will be trained under CED's flagship Entrepreneurship Development Program (EDP).

Dr. Qureshi and the IBA-CED team shared IBA CED's transformational journey. The guests commended the diversity of the programs and expressed interest in the courses offered in EDP.
