National Talent Hunt Program | Outreach activities in Punjab

IBA Karachi organized outreach activities Punjab, specifically in cities including Sialkot, Rawalpindi, Narowal, Mandi Bahauddin, Jhelum, Attock, Chakwal and Gujranwala. The National Talent Hunt program (NTHP) team, in collaboration with the Punjab Educational Endowment Fund (PEEF), conducted awareness sessions at various colleges with the aim of encouraging talented and deserving students of HSSC Level-II to opt for higher studies.

Executive Director, IBA Karachi, Dr. S Akbar Zaidi and Director, Talent Hunt Program, Dr. Junaid Alam Khan joined the NTHP team for the awareness sessions in Rawalpindi and Attock districts.

As part of the awareness sessions, the team discussed the talent hunt program by IBA Karachi and Ihsan Trust called "IBA Ihsan Trust National Talent Hunt Program - Batch 2021". The aim of this program is to facilitate deserving students facing financial constraints with an opportunity to pursue higher education by offering varying degrees of financial assistance once they are admitted into IBA Karachi. Besides financial assistance, the team also discussed the NTHP application process, shortlisting and selection, benefits offered, success stories and potential career opportunities for the NTHP scholars.

The week-long activity allowed the team to successfully conduct 16 information and awareness sessions in 8 districts, with a total of 1700+ students in attendance.
