Students Engage with Dean SMCS at Dean's Nashta

IBA-SMCS hosted Dean’s Nashta, an interactive session bringing together 70 students and Dr Shakeel Khoja, Dean, School of Mathematics & Computer Science (SMCS), for an open and engaging exchange.

The session provided students with an opportunity to interact directly with the Dean and discuss topics relevant to their academic and professional journeys. The conversation covered artificial intelligence and the future, research opportunities, student exchange programs, financial assistance, academics and career pathways.

Dr. Khoja addressed students’ questions and shared insights and guidance on navigating academic opportunities, emerging developments and future career prospects. The interaction encouraged students to voice their perspectives, seek clarity and engage in meaningful dialogue with academic leadership.

The session reflected IBA-SMCS’s continued focus on fostering student engagement and creating opportunities for open communication between students and academic leadership.
