Distinguished seminar on the ‘Charter of Economy

October, 4th 2023: Department of Economics at SESS organized a seminar on the "Charter of Economy" with Dr. Nadeem ul Haque, Vice Chancellor, Pakistan Institute of Development Economics (PIDE) Islamabad. He also served as the Deputy Chairman, of the Planning Commission of Pakistan from 2010-2013. He has wide ranging operational experience in policy development and economic planning. Dr. Nadeem ul Haque in the distinguished lecture talked about fundamental problems and emphasized the need for having a Charter of Economy based on the exchange of ideas. The lecture was followed by an interesting discussion at lunch with SESS faculty and PhD Economics students.
